At RuffRoamers, we’re committed to delivering high-quality gear to you and your dog as efficiently as possible. Due to high demand, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive. We ship from both the UK and China, depending on stock levels and your location. Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs processes, local postal services, and busy periods.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays), and we aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days, with dispatch shortly after.
